Wayne Township Fire Department is proud to support Indiana Smoke Divers in its quest for excellence in leadership and firefighter development. ISD hosted a leadership development class this weekend at the WTFD training center. Featured speakers for this event were Dr. Judith Glick-Smith from the Mentor Factor and retired city of Atlanta, Georgia, Battalion Chief David Rhodes.
